Plastic was a revolution because of its usefulness, but it is because of its excessive use and overconsumption that its use is today under debate.
It is strongly linked to the notion of excess, as well as pollution.
The idea of layers therefore shows an overflow/suffocation as much as an evolution, thanks to the different “stages” that it create. The visuals translate the idea of saturation and shows the ambivalence of plastic: between sublime and harmful.
